What will club kids learn?
Coding

The Dash robotics program code is based in Blockly and a proprietary version of Scratch…foundational coding languages.

Goal Targeting

The club will begin by setting their own goals and then creating solutions to achieve those goals.

Leadership Skills

Each week, the club will nominate the next week’s leader.  The leader will then guide the team’s activities for that week.

Creative Problem Solving

Often times, there’s more than one solution to a challenge.  The club will explore multiple creative ways to solve their challenges

Analytic Skills

Astute record keeping of what works and what doesn’t work is a foundational element of the Dash club.

Competitive Advancement

Each club will participate in the annual Wonder Workshop competition for a chance to win prizes and national recognition.

What Else?

Nothing!  Just come in on your club day and we provide the rest:

  • Dash Robots

  • Tablets for Coding

  • Tons of Accessories

  • Skill-advancing challenges each week
