Visit Ocean City, MD
Ocean City, MD is filled with STEM all year long. From the construction of one of the longest boardwalks in the country to the historic life saving station to the engineering magnificence of the towering rollercoasters to the native shore plants at Sunset Park on South Division Street to geometric elements of the expansive playground at Northside Park on 125th Street to the outstanding bivalve lessons you can learn clamming in Assawoman Bay and so much more.
Ocean City is a 10-mile-long barrier island. There are a ton of points of interest in Ocean City. Our recommendation is to start at the boardwalk and go from there.

Ideas, Notes, & Tips
There is SO much to see in Ocean City. One of our most favorite kid spots on the boardwalk (other than the rides) is the Kite Loft between 5th and 6th Street. They almost always have mega kites out on the beach and the store itself is a colorful array of tons of things related to STEM.
