WHAT’S INCLUDED

Each Program includes kits or equipment for all participant to conduct their experiments and an instructor to energetically deliver the program.

 

COVID SAFETY FIRST

Our online/Zoom programs are COVID-safe by the nature of being online.  Our in-person programs require more planning.  It’s up to the educators to help us create a safe set up for the program.  Those details tend to be unique to every school.  We’ll talk it all through so we have a good plan for our game day.

 

KIT DISTRIBUTION

The STEMporium provide the kits to you at your school or library.  It'll be your responsibility to make sure that each kiddo gets a kit.

 

PROGRAM START AND STOP TIME

We're pretty flexible.  We can start as early as 8am if you'd like.  Most programs are 45 minutes to 1 hour long.  We can go all the way up to the exit bell if you want.  For library programs, we do offer evening hours during the week.  You're the boss when it comes to your start and stop times for your booking day(s)!

 

PROGRAM PRICES

Each program is priced individually.  Program Price = (# of Participants X Kit Fee) + Instructor Fee  

*For in-person presentations that are more than 10 miles from Lewes, DE, a travel fee of $1.25 per mile for each trip will be added to your invoice.

 

Got Multiple Groups? 

If you have multiple groups that need to receive the program on the same day, but at separate times, simply add an Additional Presentation Delivery fee for each additional group presentation.

 

BOOKING FEE

We collect a non-refundable $20 booking fee per date.  The booking fee will be applied to your total program cost once we know how many participants you'll have. 

 

MULTIPLE SESSION IN ONE DAY

No problem.  We still only collect 1 booking fee for the day.  Just check the box for the total number of booking sessions you require.  We can hold up to 3 sessions per day.  If you need more than 4 Zoom sessions, please book a second day.  Session times cannot overlap.  Please allow at least 20 minutes in between each session.

 

FULL PAYMENT

The balance of the program cost is due the day of your program.  Payable by cash or check.

CANCELLATION

We hope that you won't cancel, but if you have to, please provide as much notice as humanly possible - so we can make your date available to other schools.  The $20 booking fee is non-refundable.
